Consulting Practice

Leadership and strategy today is defined not by control, speed, or certainty; but by the ability to remain clear, grounded, and human while navigating complexity.

My consulting practice is focused on strategic consulting projects, team facilitation engagements, and narrative/communications advisory.

Focus of my consulting work

My consulting and advisory work centres on helping leaders and organisations create the conditions for clarity, coherence, and meaningful action, even when the path forward is uncertain. I support leaders and teams to access that calm so they can think deeply, decide wisely, and act in alignment with their purpose.

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief:

Calm is not the absence of complexity. It is the capacity to hold it without collapsing into urgency or overwhelm.

Consulting Engagements

Strategic Consulting

I help organisations cut through complexity, understand what matters most, and decide where to focus next. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations and leadership,

I don’t just help define direction, I help organisations understand how to move toward it in practical and sustainable ways.

Team Facilitation

I help leadership groups and high-performing, high functioning teams align on what matters, how they work, and where they are going.

Combining strategy with strong, open and honest facilitation, sessions I facilitate are practical, structured and designed to produce real decisions and alignment; not just discussion.

Narrative Advisory

I help leaders and organisations clarify what they want to say and how they want to be known.

Most organisations struggle to translate thinking into clear communication so I work with them to bridge strategy and narrative to create ideas that have substance, landing with clarity and consistency.

I’m best to be engaged when:

  • A leadership team needs clarity

  • Strategy exists but isn’t landing

  • Growth has created complexity and confusion

  • Teams feel slightly misaligned or are underperforming

  • A founder needs strategic support or is working in isolation

  • A leader wants a stronger voice and to create positive change

  • An organisation needs external, independent thinking

Consulting Principles that guide my work

Clarity starts with
the leader

Leadership in modern organisations is shaped less by certainty and more by the capacity to stay grounded in complexity. My work begins with self-awareness; understanding how a leader’s presence, patterns, and energy influence the whole system.

When leaders can see themselves clearly, they can lead others with intention and coherence.

Focus creates momentum

Great strategy fails when everything feels equally important. I help leaders translate big-picture thinking into clear prioritisation: what matters most, what can wait, and what to let go of entirely.

Clarity is not about doing more; it’s about choosing wisely.

Calm is a strategic advantage

In uncertainty or pressure, teams look to leadership for steadiness. I bring a grounded, stabilising presence that helps leaders think deeply, reduce noise, and make decisions that are measured rather than reactive.

Calm leadership communicated well creates confidence, trust, and psychological safety.

Leadership is
human systems work

Organisations succeed when their relationships, communication rhythms, and cultural norms support (rather than strain) the work. I partner with leaders to align their structures, behaviours, and narratives so their teams can collaborate with clarity and purpose.

Transparent communication
builds trust

People don’t need perfect answers, they need honest context. I help leaders and organisations communicate with clarity during change or ambiguity, sharing enough to reduce anxiety, while maintaining direction and confidence.
