2 - What Personal Information I Collect

  • Information you share during coaching or consulting sessions (which may include sensitive personal or professional matters)

  • Payment and billing information (processed via secure third-party payment providers, fees are quoted excluding GST, with GST added at the time of invoicing)

  • Communications you send me, including emails and enquiry form submissions

5 - Coaching Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching or consulting sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. I will not disclose session content to third parties without your explicit consent, except where:

  • There is an immediate risk of harm to you or another person

  • Disclosure is required for professional accreditation purposes - specifically, your name and coaching hours may be provided to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in the event of an audit to verify coaching hours completed. You will be asked to confirm your consent to this in your coaching engagement agreement.

As a professional coach, I operate in accordance with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC).

6 - Organisational and Sponsored Coaching

Where coaching is sponsored or funded by an employing organisation (a Sponsoring Organisation), I may engage in a three-way arrangement involving the coach, the individual client, and the Sponsoring Organisation. In these engagements:

  • All session content remains confidential between coach and client

  • The Sponsoring Organisation will not receive details of individual session conversations without the client's prior written consent

  • I may provide the Sponsoring Organisation with high-level progress updates (such as attendance, themes and development areas) only if agreed in advance by all parties

  • The individual client's personal information is not shared with the Sponsoring Organisation beyond what is necessary to administer the engagement

7 - Disclosure Of Your Information

I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. I may share your information with:

  • Third-party service providers who assist in delivering my services (e.g. scheduling software, payment processors, email platforms, business management software) - these providers are required to maintain confidentiality

  • Professional advisors such as accountants or lawyers, on a need-to-know basis

  • The International Coaching Federation (ICF) for accreditation audit purposes, where you have consented

  • Law enforcement or government authorities, where required by law

Some third-party providers (such as Google, Squarespace, Notion, Zoom or Stripe) may process your data overseas, including in the United States. I take reasonable steps to ensure these providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

8 - Website Analytics + Cookies

My website may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and cookies to collect non-personally identifiable data about how visitors use the site. This may include browser type, pages visited and session duration. This data is used solely to improve the website experience.
