Executive Coaching

Helping executives, founders and owners lead with clarity, make high stakes decisions with confidence, and navigate complexity without carrying it all alone.

You're carrying conflicting pressures with no external sounding board to work through it with.

Coaching with me is practical, thoughtful and grounded in real leadership experience, shaped by years leading teams, running a business and working through the same pressures you're facing. It's not theoretical leadership development. It's a structured space to think, challenge assumptions and work through the real decisions you're navigating right now.

As an accredited leadership coach with the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches, and with over 16 years of leadership experience including team management, board presence and business ownership, I help executives and owners navigate this complexity with clarity and renewed confidence.

What’s involved in Executive Coaching?

My purpose throughout our partnership is to support you in moving from overwhelm to alignment, bringing clarity, steadiness and deeper insight to the complex scenarios and systems you operate within.

It's a space built around the specific pressures of executive responsibility, high stakes decisions, board exposure, stakeholder politics, and the weight of leading through industry shifts or organisational change. We work through what's actually in front of you, not a hypothetical version of leadership.

Sessions are built around your context, not a fixed curriculum. Some conversations are tactical, working through a specific decision or a difficult stakeholder dynamic. Others are more strategic, stepping back to think clearly about direction when the noise around you makes that hard to do alone.

Typically I work with:

  • Owners and Founders leading growing or transitioning organisations

  • Executives managing complexity, industry shifts, market changes and mounting pressure

  • Leaders navigating organisational change or conflict

  • People others rely on, but who rarely have their own personal, confidential sounding board

Flexible Coaching Packages

3, 6 or 10 Sessions

Sometimes you need focused support for a specific challenge. Sometimes you're in the middle of something bigger and need someone in your corner for the long haul. Coaching packages are designed to flex around both.

Each package gives you a set number of sessions to use as the work requires, without locking you into an ongoing commitment. Some clients use them to work through one clear decision or transition. Others spread them out over a few months, coming back to sessions as new challenges surface.

All sessions are 60 minutes, held fortnightly or monthly to suit your rhythm. Each one is yours: no fixed agenda, no prescribed framework. Just focused, responsive coaching built around what matters most to you right now.

Packages are a good fit if you want the flexibility to pace the work yourself, without the ongoing structure of a retainer.

Ongoing Coaching Retainers

Fortnightly or Monthly

A coaching retainer is for an executive or owner who is consistently navigating complexity: roles with competing pressures, organisations in change, or the kind of work where the challenges keep evolving and you need someone who can keep pace with you.

With a retainer, we're not starting from scratch each time. I hold the thread of your work, including the goals, the dynamics, the decisions in progress, so our sessions can move quickly and go deep. Over time, this kind of continuity builds something a package can't: a coaching relationship that compounds.

Retainers run fortnightly or monthly, and includes access between sessions for those moments when something lands and you want to think it through before our next conversation.

This is the engagement type that tends to suit executives who've already done some coaching work and know its value; or those in roles where the stakes are high enough that having a consistent, trusted outside perspective isn't a luxury, it's part of how they operate well.

Executives say coaching helps them:

  • Think more clearly and calmly under pressure

  • Make better decisions with less noise

  • Handle complexity without feeling overwhelmed

  • Step into bigger challenges without losing perspective

  • Lead with greater intention and alignment

  • Gain a trusted, external perspective when it matters most

  • Feel less alone in the weight of leadership

Sam is warm and sharp at the same time, a pretty rare combination.

She has a knack for asking the questions you didn’t know you needed to be asked.

I would recommend Sam to any senior leader who wants to think more clearly, lead with more confidence, and get out of their own way.
