My work sits at the intersection of strategy, people and operations. I bring a calm, grounded presence to consulting, advisory and coaching work, creating space for reflection while also driving practical, meaningful action.

I'm deeply passionate about helping people and businesses work, lead and succeed in ways that feel aligned, sustainable and commercially sound.

Because I truly believe that clarity isn't about certainty, and leadership isn't about control. It's about holding complexity without losing perspective, or yourself, in the process.

Fuelled by experience
that's been lived,
not just learned

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, with over 16 years leading teams, building capability, and shaping strategy in complex, fast moving environments. I've held senior leadership roles across digital, marketing and creative industries, worked within large corporates, government organisations and private business, most recently as Director and Co-owner of a successful digital agency.

In these roles, I was responsible for strategy, team leadership, culture, operations, project delivery, new business development and client partnerships. Often navigating high pressure, rapid change and competing priorities.

Across my career I've:

  • Led and developed leaders and high performing teams

  • Built and rebuilt operating models, systems and workflows under real commercial pressure

  • Facilitated strategy, leadership and culture focused workshops

  • Coached individuals through role transitions, performance challenges and broader career decisions

  • Supported teams through periods of uncertainty, restructure and growth

  • Acted as a trusted advisor and sounding board to founders and senior leaders across private and public business

I’m focused on embedding capability, not dependence

Given the diversity of my experience, I bring a systems lens to my thinking and my work, recognising that individual, team and organisational challenges often sit within broader relational, structural or commercial contexts. I combine deep listening and careful questioning with practical tools for clarity and prioritisation.

My ability to challenge the system and the thinking helps clients see possibilities and opportunities they hadn't yet seen. All delivered in a way that's calm, direct and never judgemental.

The focus of working with me isn't dependence, but capability. Helping clients and their teams trust themselves more, think more clearly, and move forward with confidence.

In essence, my goal is to help people and businesses navigate complexity with calm and clarity, thinking deeply, choosing deliberately, and leading with intention.

Driven by clear values

Curiosity. Asking the question underneath the question. Staying interested in what's actually going on before reaching for a framework or a fix. I don't assume I know the answer on day one. I ask, listen, and let the real problem surface before I start solving it.

Trust. Doing what I say I'll do, and being someone people can be honest with. I build relationships where clients can say the true thing, not the polished thing. That only works if I've shown up reliably and consistently.

Creativity. Finding an angle that isn't the obvious one. I bring fresh thinking to problems that feel stuck or overfamiliar, showing clients the wider field of what's possible.

Humour. Not taking myself too seriously, even when the work is serious. Leadership and strategy conversations carry a lot of weight. A bit of lightness makes room for honesty and keeps the work human.

Courage. Saying the true thing even when it's uncomfortable. I'll name what isn't working, challenge a plan that doesn't hold up, or push back on a decision made from fear rather than clarity. Clients don't hire me to agree with them. They hire me to help them see clearly and act with intention.
