Team Facilitation

The work I do focuses on designing and facilitating workshops that help teams align on direction, improve how they work together, and move through change more effectively and efficiently.

I support teams to help them align around purpose, direction and ways of working; particularly during moments of organisational change, transformation or strategic reset.

A woman sitting on a yellow couch, wearing a denim shirt, black jeans, and patterned sneakers. On a black round table in front of her, there is a white disposable coffee cup and a blue book titled 'Timeless Plant.'

Aligning leadership and high-performing teams on priorities, ways of working, and direction.

Combining strategic thinking with strong, open and honest facilitation, I run sessions that are practical, structured and designed to produce real decisions and alignment; not just discussion.

My facilitation approach is shaped by years leading teams, building organisations, and working closely with leadership groups on strategy and growth.

I bring both strategic perspective and real operational leadership experience, allowing me to balance constructive challenge with practical outcomes.

Work in this space often focusses on, but is not limited to:

  • Leadership alignment and clarity workshops

  • Strategy offsites + retreat facilitation

  • Team reset sessions

  • Ways of working sessions and re-architecture

  • Values and decision alignment workshops

  • Capability and culture building workshops

Sam leads in a way that makes people feel heard and supported, but always with a clear focus on action. I’ve found that approach genuinely empowering.

Engage with me

Every engagement starts with understanding the situation you’re navigating and what would be most useful.

Some clients come with a clearly defined brief, while others come with a problem they want help making sense of. Both are a great place to start.

From there, we shape an approach that fits the work, and the problem you’re trying to solve.

It could look like a short strategic project, a facilitated session, or a longer advisory relationship. Regardless, my focus is always on work that is practical, thoughtful and genuinely adds value.
